    HR Coordinator

    We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator who is ready to join our growing HR team in our West Chester, PA location.


    The Piazza family started in the automotive industry in the mid 60's. Our first franchise dealer was located in Norristown, PA only a few years later. That single point location has grown into one of the largest auto groups in the Delaware Valley known today as the Piazza Auto Group. With the assistance of our dedicated staff, we own and operate twenty-five full service dealerships throughout the Philadelphia area and its surrounding counties from Reading to Langhorne and down to Newark, DE.

    We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a fast paced environment and interacting with multiple associates across multiple locations in the metro Philadelphia market.


    The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR Manager, store management and to the executive leadership team for the entire organization.

    ·        Act as the liaison between field employees and the HR department

    ·        Support the onboarding process such as new hire paperwork, 1-9s, background checks, social media checks and driver license checks

    ·        Send offer letters to prospective employees

    ·        Place open job posts across multiple platforms and website

    ·        Ensure accurate entry of employee information into the HRIS

    ·        Monitor employee during the annual open enrollment benefits period

    ·        Process all FMLA paperwork and file STD claims

    ·        Submit files to 401k administrator

    ·        Communicate with the stores about any Workers’ Compensation claims and file claims when necessary

    ·        Support and lead other HR projects, as assigned

    ·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a human resources role is required


    ·        Minimum of 2 years of Human Resource experience required


    ·        Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

    ·        Exercise discreet and sound judgement when processing sensitive and employee information

    ·        Excellent interpersonal skills

    ·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    ·        Effective problem solving skills

    ·        Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team with minimal direction

    ·        Ability to travel locally, on an “as needed” basis
