Building on the decision-making framework from Session 1, this follow-up program shifts focus to the practical execution of the chosen conflict resolution tools. This session, "Who, What, Where . . . and who did What?" is designed to equip participants with the tactical skills required to successfully carry out both formal and informal resolution processes. It emphasizes a strategic approach to conflict resolution, moving beyond formal investigations and instead advocating for a thoughtful selection of the most appropriate tool for each unique situation. This program ensures that participants are not only equipped to choose the right tool but also to use that tool correctly, leading to confident conflict management, reduced organizational risk, and positive outcomes for employees.

About the speaker:
Anita has been the owner of ELRA for eight years, after 25 years in Corporate America. She specializes in all things ER/LR, Engagement and has expertise in the resolution of workplace conflict at all levels.
Anita has a B.S in Electrical Engineering, a J.D in Employment and Labor Law and is a PhD candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is a certified EEO Investigator and Mediator. She is also a certified Diversity and Corporate Trainer, a sought after speaker and author of a book on Living an Abundant and Prosperous Life.
