This workshop is a light-hearted review of leadership basics exercised by Santa Claus. This interactive experience enables each participant to evaluate her/his approach to leading a team and supporting her/his colleagues’ leadership objectives (from a Human Resources perspective) against the success practices used by Santa. By the end of the workshop, the participant will:
- Gain perspective on his/her leadership strengths
- Identify opportunities for personal leadership enhancement
- Discover ways to support an organization’s leadership growth
