Organizational culture is a powerful uniting force that brings people together through a shared purpose. Ed will speak to how it can be created intentionally–or passively–and describes best practices he has learned over a decade of consulting in helping organizations build more committed, collaborative, and cohesive teams.

    •  Leadership Development through Personal Growth: The speaker identifies fundamental leadership principles and strategies he has learned from their experiences in the military and business worlds and how others can apply them.
    • Adaptation and Innovation in Challenging Environments: Attendees gain insights into how the speaker has navigated and thrived in challenging and ever-changing environments, leaving with applicable lessons that they can use to build resilience in their organizations.
    • Orchestrating and Aligning Organizational Culture: Attendees will understand how personal motivation and group success provide a common ground for building successful teams and how to apply these fundamentals to building teams in their organization.
    • Building Common Purpose: Attendees learn how to create commonality amongst their teams and limit organizational divides such as siloing and methodologies towards establishing a common purpose and collaboration in their organizations.
